How to use

"I emailed you, about my last order. Your response was very disappointing and indifferent towards my order as if I was either lying or I somehow was at fault for you sending me a different color. Yes, in fact the labels say salt and pepper dark, but the container is black. And you send a chart as if did not know what it look like. Really? I know what it looks like, I am the one that uses it. And never offer to fix my problem. But that is quite okay, because even though I was very happy with your product in the past an have a regular repeated customer's for a few years, I am looking for another product that will meet my needs as well.
