    I ordered your sample product early last week and was super excited when it came on Friday! I originally got 'the sample' in Medium Brown for my boyfriend of 24 years. We are no longer as young as we once were, and both he and I are pushing 60 years old. 'He' has been losing his hair since highschool and the top of his entire head is bald. My hair is fine but thick so I do not really need it yet. My best friend came over this morning, she has very short, fine hair and has places all over her head that show scalp due to her thinning hair. This product worked beautifully on her and she couldn't wait to show her daughter of '35ish' and the rest of her 7 or 8 sisters! All of this from the one sample that I ordered last week in 'Medium Brown'. Today, I called in to your 'toll free number' and had the honor of speaking with Nichole L. B. or, as she put it, N.L.B. as those were her initials. She works in the Answer Call Department. I must say that out of the thousands of Customer Associates that I would train for Selling, and Marketing and Research, I wish I had not had to retire (due to health) because I would have snapped Nichole up and moved her to KC to work for me. She is everything that is great about being a Customer Service Associate. She was very pleasant, kind, was able to have product knowledge and could answer all of my questions, in fact, Nichole L. B. did everything that a 'shopper' would look for in the 'Product Questions' questions. She had a good grasp on the product and what it would achieve and further as all companies would wish for themselves and the 'bottom number' is that Nichole suggested that I make another purchase, and explained to me that there was a 'smaller size' of the product in blond for only $19.99. My hair is a very dark, dark brown but has heavy 'area's that are woven through foil to bleach my hair in a more 'natural look' so today, I ordered the small size of blond Caboki so that I could benifit from it. Nichole and I are hoping that the blond might be able to be placed on the darker roots and make the 'transition' from one bleaching to the next by covering different 'grown out' places by using the blond color fibers, or, I could do streaks with the dark brown. Either way, I am excited to use this product. I told Nichol to be prepared for my best friend, whom I called over this morning who has very short hair and lots of 'sparse' places where her hair is dramatically missing and 'before' you could see her scalp all the way through her short hair. Not the case any more! She wishes to order a sample, and so does her 35 year old daughter who inherited the very thin hair and you can see 'most of her scalp. Further, my friend has a big mouth like I do and she has 7 or 8 sisters who will all follow suit once they see how much better my friend, 'Jackie' looks. She left her this morning with a whole lot of attitude because for once in a long time 'she felt pretty'. She was suffering from 'Shock and Awe'! I hope that my sample order that came yesterday which was less than a week since I ordered it will also work on my boyfriend, but he works outside in landscaping and with the temperature being over 100 for months, I am afraid that he would 'sweat it off' and it would streak down his face. I can count on my friend, Jackie and all of her family at first, ordering the sample size as I did. (Which, by the way is huge and I thank you!) Then, they all will find that this product is as necessary as brushing your teeth each morning!. So, I thank you, Cabuki and special thanks to Nichole (N.L.B.) who was so kind and courteous, she filled me with knowledge and told me about the blond color in a smaller size that I could get so that I could use it! Hang on to that girl! Let her know that she is appreciated and that 'someone' took the time to write in and compliment her in many,. many ways. She is a rare jewel. Why couldn't this product be sampled on people who are in area's where people gather? The grocery store parking lot, out side of the 'beauty shop' where they will be going in and having their hair washed if they do not like it, but who would not like it? Then, you have your stand and your are sampling people and 'maning' your stand, so that when they come out, the purchase the product right away from you. Sell it to hair salons and/or beauty supply places like Salleys and make sure that any commercial outlet the carries this product MUST place it 'by point of sale' in a small display with the colors and pictures of happy users. Some places will swap out thier counter space by the register (point of sale) if you give them let us say 10% of the products sold. It is called 'grass roots' marketing and is the cheapest way to begin to get your product out on the market. I would think that a target market might be the elderly woman who always come in on Friday and have a standard appointment for their usual wash and set. I have not seen too may elderly woman that do not have thinning hair. If applied to the customer, and then the hair is placed in curlers and the customer sits under an 'electric warm bonnet' that drys the hair, and then once the curlers are removed and the hair is styled, the woman, who had given her permission in the first place would love it, or, she doesn't have to pay for having her hair washed, set and styled again. Or, perhaps something more cost effective so that you do not lose money. Just remember, even poor advertising is advertising. Get the word out. Get into the Salons, get the powder into peoples hair. Set up in any Grocery Store on Saturday (perhaps Trader Joes or one of the other 'mostly organic stores') because I beleive that I read that YOUR PRODUCT IS organic and if no animals were used in the testing, then brag about it. Ask for a dollar pledge to place in a jar so that it can be sent to an organization that recuses dogs and cats from uthenatia. Set up the stands in all of the Pet Co's or other Dog/Cat Stores or Groomers. People who are waiting for their pet to be shampooed and dryed are board sitting there. Someone could just sit down next to them and begin telling them about your product, gain the persons confidence thus allowing you to use some of the product in there hair in an area that they may easily see with their own two eyes. Forgive me for doing a single 'brainstorming session' usually there are more people and each is asked to blurt out whatever is on their mind and then others can build on what first sounded like a silly possibility. I was in Sales and Marketing and I miss it very much.
    Please, do not forget to recognize Nichole N.L.B. If she had not suggested a smaller size for a different color of fiber powder for my hair, this wouldn't have been a sale, and I would only be complimenting you on your product. NIchole is a fabulous addition to your company as being 'the first contact with the consumer'. What a lovely girl, and a savy 'multi-sales' person. Perfect grade if I would have been 'shopping her'.
    Thank you for this wonderful opportunity to attempt to get others excited about this product, as well. I would love to help with grass root marketing ideas or cross marketing ideas. Further, it is more fun to 'brain storm' when ;you are seated at a long table with 'like minded' associates that have brainstormed before. However crazy something is that pops into your mind you blurt it out and one person in the group simply sits and writes down everything that is said, or it could be recorded and then the manuscript could be transcribed by someone in that field. The most creative ideas that I have ever been a part of were done while brainstorming. This is tghe excitement that I miss since retiring. I loved the fast pace job of Sales and Marketing and I truly love to work with people, whether they are happy or mad, I can handle each and usually turn he mad person around by the middle of the telephone call. I can also handle emails very effectively. I would be happy to somehow 'get involved' since I have retired/am disabled, but my brain is a quick and fast as it always was! Also, I worked for a large company here in KC and trained new sites that would open in Des Moines, Chicago and at that time Atlanta and Florida. This company was expanding to all of these cities and when I still worked for them, we had been working on a 'manual' and I was on the 'Manual Committee' for the last 3 years. So, please let me know if I may assist you in any way! Someone who makes their daily wages due to suggestive selling should definately sell more product so that your company can cover her job which makes her more secure in this 'scary' job market. I think that since this product actually works, it just needs to be placed on every head that walks by and in that way you will have many, many customers wanting it. My Dad, always told me when I was first in the work environment, "Cathy, you must make more money for 'The Company' every day that you work. How do you suppose they can pay you if you do not double in sales what you are given for an hours worth of hard work? THAT IS HOW IT IS DONE! Good Luck to Nichole N.L.B. and Good Luck Caboki. My big mouth and fast hands 'a typing will tell many people today alone. Be happy, keep your employees happy and you can not lose since you have a 'quality product'. You need FABULOUS associates to work the phone lines. One bitchy girl can lose a lot of business for you, and one 'uneducated' girl can lose you a lot of business. You must make money for your Company so that your company can stay afloat and afford your hourly rate, plus benefits, if offered. That is quite a bit of money. At one point about 20 years ago, the benefits amounted to 17% of the bottom line. I can only guess what it is now.
